Endocervical glandular cells with some degree of atypia (stratification, disorganized nuclei so called drunk honeycombing). Not sure it is reactive response which we don't report as epithelial cell abnormality or atypical glandular cells (AGC) which needs a colposcopy. 25 years old is a little too young to have adenocarcinoma in situ. Nuclei are dark but sometimes the entire slide is stained dark. You need to compare with adjacent absolutely normal cells.
