smooth muscle markers
Calretinin, inhibin
Epithelial markers
Did you see the both normal ovaries?
Based on the morphology, I feel it looks like an ovarian sex cord-stromal tumor, fibromatous tumor or fibrothecoma. Calretinin and infibin can be focally positive in these tumors. If it is a fibromatous tumor, you need to check mitosis and cytologic atypia carefully to see if it is malignant, like fibrothecoma. Malignant fibrous tumor is very few in ovary. Of cause it may be a smooth muscle tumor.
Anyway IHC stains are needed in this case.
