- 子宫肿瘤
Some photos show tumor infiltrating smooth muscle . Mostly it is a smooth muscle tumor, but I may do CD10 and smooth muscle marker stains to make sure the type of the tumor.
Agree with above it may be a sarcoma. The cells demostrate marked cytologic atypia. You have to confirm it is true coagulated necrosis (i am not sure based on the photos) or count the number of the mitotic figures.
We should consider more before we make the final dx.
