女性，39岁。体检发现左侧颅顶骨占位半月。
大体检查为灰白色破碎不整形软组织及骨组织，量少。

I agree that a WHO grade I benign meningioma invading the overlying skull bone should be considered based on histology. Immunohistochemical stains with EMA and PR should help confirm this diagnosis. I do not think this is Langerhans cell histiocytosis or hemangioblastoma or fibrous dysplasia.
