CIN 3 involving glands. The first 2 lower power pictures show massive dysplastic epithelium without attached stroma. The volume of irregular dysplastic epithelium is worrisome of invasion. But no evidence of true invasion is seen from the photos posted. Sometime cutdown will show valuable information.
