For a 61 YOF with long time bleeding history and this lusy and complex and atypical archtectural changes with focal cribriform growth pattern, this is enough for diagnosis of "Well differentiated endometrioid adenocarcinoma, arising in a background of atypical complex endometrial hyperplasia". After hysterectomy, if you do not see obvious endometrial lesion grossly, please submit the entire endometrium for evaluation of an early adenocarcinoma on resected specimen.
