- 子宫病变-腺肉瘤
There is no malignant epithelia so I doubt this is a case of MMMT. I raise the possibility of rhabdomyosarcoma with characteristic cambium layer under normal epithelia and possible "strap" cells. Desmin and muscle-specific actin immunohistochemical stains would help.

Adenosarcoma. It can contain rhabdomyosarcoma as the heterologous mesenchymal element. If you put this in a breast, this will be a phyllodes tumor. |
