This is an clear cell adenocarcinoma, either from endocervical or endometrial origin. Please make sure this patient get both endometrial and endocervical currettings since this polyp is likely from lower uterine segment or uterine isthmus region and protruding down to endocervical cannel. Also please check if this patient has DES-exposure history.
