Frozen diagnosis: High grade pleomorphic neoplasm - might be sufficient, unless you have additional information - surgical finding, relationship to adrenal gland or kidney.
Paraffin diagnosis: still difficult, with necrosis and pleomorphism, eosinophilic cytoplasm and vasculature - still consider adrenal carcinoma or renal cell carcinoma (chromophobe>clear cell). I would not favor paraganglioma or PEcoma based on my experience. Adrenal gland is frequent site of metastasis, history should be helpful - i cannot think of a good primary site. It is too pleomorphic for alveolar soft part sarcoma.
What do you think before the immunostain? what did you call? Any other guess or suggestion?
