Atypical glandular cells, suspicious for adenocarcinoma.
Many glandular groups show high N/C ratio, dark chromatin, elongated nuclei with kind of feathering organization. These features are suggestive of adenocarcinom in situ. Some atypical glandular cells have prominent nucleoli and it seems that there is tumor diathesis in the background. These 2 features suggests invasive adenocarcinoma. Rare atypical single cells are also seen in the background, cannot exclude co-existing squamous dysplasia.
