What will you do? May be get a better section or staining - section looks a littel thick and cell morphology is not at their best. I will not argue if everybody agree it is UDH. 腔隙太园太规则 - the key is to evaluate whether there is a monoclonal (monotonous cell) population within the UDH. Look forward to hearing other opinion and final answer.
