I believe the first diagnosis to rule out is hemangiopericytoma of meninges. From the photos, I do not see necrosis or any mitotic figures, but careful mitotic count is essential for grading of these malignant meningeal neoplasm as either WHO grade II or grade III. Reticulin stain should show silver-positive fibers around each neoplastic cells. CD34 should be at least focally positive. EMA and PR should both be negative.
