女性，62岁。因为脑膜肿瘤复发而入院。
大体所见：灰白色不整形块状组织5块，最大直径3.0--5.0厘米不等，部分表面光滑。切面灰白色，质韧。

脑膜内皮细胞型脑膜瘤，有一定复发率，切除不净可以复发。

Maybe EMA，Retic，CD34，Bcl-2 stain should be done in this case.

I believe the first diagnosis to rule out is hemangiopericytoma of meninges. From the photos, I do not see necrosis or any mitotic figures, but careful mitotic count is essential for grading of these malignant meningeal neoplasm as either WHO grade II or grade III. Reticulin stain should show silver-positive fibers around each neoplastic cells. CD34 should be at least focally positive. EMA and PR should both be negative.
