After reviewing all photos I feel this is a benign process. My impression is an ovarian sex cord-stromal tumor, steroid cell tumor. Immunostians for Inhibin and calretinin should be strongly positive for steroid cell tumor. Some sections show the fat cells and some small cells (cannot see clearly in low power). You can read the slides with high power and try to see if myelolipoma is present. Based on the history (3 months), ruptured hemorragic corpus luteum should be considered also. Before you jump in any daignosis you should read the imaging films or reports and know the relation of the pelvic mass to the ovary.
Just for your reference, cqz
